This week on VSRF Live, we’re joined by John Beaudoin, Sr., an engineer, independent researcher, and author of The Real CDC, where he analyzed excess mortality data during COVID and raised urgent questions about how deaths are recorded and reported. He is known for exposing what government data systems reveal, and what they conceal.
Beaudoin has just completed a sweeping management systems analysis of the U.S. federal court system, examining federal dockets during the COVID era. What he found is stark.
At the height of the pandemic, federal courts were operating under a 62% excess caseload, roughly 180,000 cases beyond capacity. The only comparable surge in the past quarter century was just 5.7% in 1997.
According to Beaudoin’s analysis, when the system is overwhelmed, it doesn’t increase capacity, it discards caseload. Meritorious lawsuits are thrown out on procedural grounds-- standing, failure to state a claim, summary judgment--not because they lack substance, but because the system cannot process the volume. Access to justice is quietly, and unjustly, rationed.
In this episode, Steve and John will discuss:
His sweeping management systems analysis of the federal courts and what it reveals about how excess cases are handled
CDC manipulation of death records to conceal vaccine-caused deaths
ICD-10 coding and how classification systems can be used to minimize or obscure vaccine injuries
What these findings mean going forward for transparency, accountability, and the public’s ability to seek truth through institutional channels
In this episode of VSRF Live, we take a hard look at what happens when systems built to deliver justice and truth begin prioritizing efficiency over constitutional rights.
