The VSRF’s mission is to advance COVID-19 vaccine safety through scientific research, public education, and advocacy, and to support the vaccine injured. We present the most up-to-date and relevant information on COVID-19 and public health policies, free from corporate press, agenda-driven narratives, and sponsorships with conflict of interest. We encourage questions and an open dialogue of transparency on any medical and scientific information presented.Support Our Mission
Steve is a Silicon Valley entrepreneur and philanthropist who founded the COVID-19 Early Treatment Fund (CETF) at the beginning of the pandemic. Steve and CETF funded the research that showed promising results of fluvoxamine as an early treatment of COVID-19. The study was also featured on 60 Minutes. Recently Steve founded the Vaccine Safety Research Foundation, where he is working with over 20 scientists, doctors, and statisticians researching the safety of the COVID-19 vaccines.
The inventor of the core mRNA vaccine technologies (including the idea of mRNA vaccines) and RNA transfection, Dr. Robert Malone, MD has extensive research and development experience in the areas of pre-clinical discovery research, clinical trials, vaccines, gene therapy, bio-defense, and immunology. He has over twenty years of management and leadership experience in academia, pharmaceutical and biotechnology industries, as well as in governmental and non-governmental organizations.
Scientifically trained at UC Davis, UC San Diego, and at the Salk Institute Molecular Biology and Virology laboratories, Dr. Malone's discoveries in mRNA non-viral delivery systems are considered the key to the current COVID-19 vaccine strategies. Dr. Malone holds numerous fundamental domestic and foreign patents in the fields of gene delivery, delivery formulations, DNA vaccines, and mRNA vaccines. Dr. Malone has close to 100 peer-reviewed publications and published abstracts and has over 11,477 citations of his peer-reviewed publications, as verified by Google Scholar.
Since January 2020, Dr. Malone has been leading a large team focused on clinical research design, drug development, computer modeling, and mechanisms of action of repurposed drugs for the treatment of COVID-19. Dr. Malone has become a thought leader in the pandemic response and is the medical director of The Unity Project, where over 300 organizations across the US have come together to address mandated COVID vaccines for children. Dr. Malone is also the president of the Global Covid Summit, an organization of over 16,000 doctors and scientists committed to speaking truth to power about COVID pandemic research and treatment.

Peter McCullough, MD, MPH, FACC, FAHA, FASN, FNLA, FCRSA; Chief Medical Advisor, Truth for Health Foundation; President, Cardiorenal Society of America; Editor-in-Chief, Reviews in Cardiovascular Medicine; Senior Associate Editor, American Journal of Cardiology. Dr. McCullough is an internist, cardiologist, and epidemiologist. He manages common infectious diseases as well as the cardiovascular complications of both the viral infection and the injuries developing after the COVID-19 vaccine.
Since the outset of the pandemic, Dr. McCullough has been a leader in the medical response to the COVID-19 disaster and has published “Pathophysiological Basis and Rationale for Early Outpatient Treatment of SARS-CoV-2 (COVID-19) Infection.” The paper was the first synthesis of sequenced multi-drug treatment of ambulatory patients infected with SARS-CoV-2 in the American Journal of Medicine and subsequently updated in Reviews in Cardiovascular Medicine.
He has 51 peer-reviewed publications on the infection and has commented extensively on the medical response to the COVID-19 crisis in The Hill, America Out Loud, and on FOX NEWS Channel. On November 19, 2020, Dr. McCullough testified in the US Senate Committee on Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs and throughout 2021 in the Texas Senate Committee on Health and Human Services, Colorado General Assembly, New Hampshire Senate, and South Carolina Senate concerning many aspects of the pandemic response. Dr. McCullough has worked 20 months in academic and clinical efforts to combat the SARS-CoV-2 virus. In doing so, has reviewed thousands of reports, participated in scientific congresses, group discussions, press releases, and has been considered among the world's experts on COVID-19.
Stephanie Seneff holds the esteemed position of senior research scientist at the MIT Computer Science and Artificial Intelligence Laboratory. She earned a BS in Biophysics, MS, EE, and a PhD in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from MIT. For over a decade, Dr. Seneff has directed her attention towards the role of nutrition and environmental toxicants in human disease, with a special emphasis on the herbicide glyphosate and the mineral sulfur.
Byram Bridle, PhD, is associate professor of viral immunology at University of Guelph, Canada. As a a viral immunologist, Dr. Bridle is passionate about improving life through two avenues of research. One arm of his research program is dedicated to designing and optimizing novel biotherapies for the treatment of cancers. The goal of his research team is to harness the natural power of a patient's immune system to eliminate their own cancer cells. This represents the ultimate personalized therapy and holds the potential to treat cancers more effectively, safely, and at lower cost than current options. The second arm of his research program focuses on studying host responses to viruses and other inflammatory stimuli.
