The Covid Litigation Conference 2023 (CLC 2023) is a unique gathering of trial lawyers advancing Covid-19-related litigation. Over the next 10 years, Covid lawsuits are projected to experience tremendous growth. The conference will offer networking opportunities and panel discussions led by attorneys engaged in Covid-19 litigation. The conference is designed for an attorney audience; however, the public is also welcome to purchase tickets.

Georgia State University Law School hosts Covid Seminar on public health agencies under fire.

In what appears to be a direct response to the long-planned Covid Litigation Conference on March 25-26 in Atlanta – the Georgia State University (GSU) Law School, in conjunction with state agencies, has suddenly announced a rival conference to take place two days prior. Titled "The Public Health Administrative State Under Fire," the agency seminar appears in sharp contrast to the CLC 2023, which plans on sharing successful legal strategies for suing some of those agencies. The GSU Law School seminar was publicly launched shortly after a Rolling Stone piece covered CLC 2023.

Will Big Pharma be held accountable?
The Food and Drug Administration has updated the fact sheet for Johnson & Johnson’s covid vaccine to include a warning about the risk of myocarditis or pericarditis as side effects. The FDA says these side effects have been reported within the first eight days after vaccination. Other reported side effects for the Johnson & Johnson vaccine include Bell’s Palsy, Guillain Barre Syndrome, and blood clots with bleeding.

"The German Government publicly acknowledged on Wednesday that the Covid vaccines cause serious side effects for one in every 5,000 doses. A tweet from the Ministry of Health stated (via Google translate): “One in 5,000 people is affected by a serious side effect after a COVID19 #vaccination. If you suspect #sideeffects, get medical attention and report your symptoms to @PEI_Germany.”
It later added a correction that the figure related to the reporting rate and to doses rather than individuals: “Correction: According to @PEI_Germany, the reporting rate for serious reactions is 0.2 reports per 1,000 vaccine doses.” Subsequently, the original tweet was deleted and a corrected version put up."

The Vaccine Safety Research Foundation (VSRF) announced the purchase and strategic placement of two new billboard advertisements right outside the campus of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC).
One billboard asks, “How many more kids have to die before the CDC stops the Covid shot?” and is located at the intersection of Clairmont and Emory. VSRF recently released a compelling video titled, Are the Kids OK? citing data that approximately 4,650 children in the U.S. have died following Covid-19 vaccination.
This death calculation is derived from the 150 child deaths following Covid shots that have been reported as of September 23, 2022, on the CDC’s own vaccine injury tracking system, the Vaccine Adverse Event Reporting System (VAERS), multiplied by the VAERS underreporting factor of 31 established in a peer-reviewed study by scientist Jessica Rose, PhD.
